500 years ago, Martin Luther posted his 95 Theses on the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences on the door of of the Wittenberg Cathedral.  A sort of "ding dong ditch".  Other previous reformers had been burned at the stake so it probably wasn't a good idea to stick (get it) around.

A better use of time would have been to spend an hour talking to high school science teachers to give them a heads up on NGSS and what to expect and not expect from our students in the future.

Agenda Thursday Oct 12 I Love Backfires

Backfires are fires that firefighters set to consume an area that a wild fire is presumed to be heading towards.  The backfire denies fuel to the wild fire creating a fire break.  They require skill in setting so they, themselves, do not turn into a wildfire.  The firefighters at Bennett Mountain did a good job with their backfire last night and my Santa Rosa home is safe at this time.
