Students will draw and describe what is happening using all the physics they know up to this point.  Hint:  The words Inertia, Mass, Gravity and Friction are important
Today was our annual District Office visit.  It went well.  I almost got out of the after school meeting by giving a detention but I demurred.  I did get the schematics drawn for a simple ship to be built in our woodshop for the Frostgrave game.

2 Trade and Grade CH9 Test (if time)
Teachers received an email last night saying we can start entering grades for Trimester 3.  Please do not look for new grades from me for at least a week.  I have more than 30 assignments to assemble and will do a bit at a time.  You may see something but nothing complete until sometime next week (or later).
District Office visit tomorrow.  Can you say "Dog and Pony Show"
Oh.  I also spoke to the head of facilities about the temperature of the Fremont HS pool yesterday.  He was an interesting man.  We will see if the pool temperature comes up at all.  His computer couldn't show him the temperature and he muttered something about something being disconnected.  That's when I left.  Air temperature in in the mid 50's at 6:30AM and 77 degrees sounds warm.  I will tell you that it hurts.

1 Inquiry Lab Sector 33  This activity uses a program developed by NASA which simulates air traffic control going in to SFO.  Students adjust speed and some paths for 2 to 5 planes.  This is an introduction to the chapter on speed.
